Shipping Policy
Every timepiece leaves our Lahore atelier insured, in its full packaging, and with the papers it was sold with.
Dispatch
Orders are verified by our team before dispatch. In-stock pieces normally leave within one to two working days of confirmation.
Special-order and made-to-order references are dispatched once sourced; the lead time quoted on the product page is our best estimate at the time of ordering.
Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through insured courier services, with tracking shared as soon as the parcel is collected.
Delivery charges, where they apply, are confirmed before the order is finalised. High value orders may require signature on delivery.
Checks on arrival
Please inspect the parcel before signing. If the outer packaging is damaged or the seal is broken, note it with the courier and contact us the same day.
Collection
You are welcome to collect from the atelier at Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore, during opening hours (Monday – Saturday, 11:00 – 21:00 PKT). Let us know in the order notes.
