Product Information
We make every effort to display product details, prices, sizes, colours, materials, and descriptions as accurately as possible.
Slight variations in dial colour, case polish, strap leather grain, and lume tone may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or the natural character of materials.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the reference number, case size, movement type, and wrist suitability before confirming an order.
Orders & Confirmation
All orders are subject to product availability, price confirmation, payment verification, and acceptance by Velmont Dials.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if incorrect information, pricing errors, stock issues, suspicious activity, or other operational concerns are found.
An order is considered confirmed only after our team verifies the order details and communicates confirmation to the customer.
Pricing & Payments
Product prices may change without prior notice due to material costs, market conditions, supplier updates, or promotional changes.
Any applicable delivery charges, taxes, or service charges will be communicated before order confirmation where applicable.
Customers must provide accurate payment and billing information. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment is incomplete, declined, or unverifiable.
Bespoke & Special-Order Timepieces
Special-order timepieces are sourced or configured according to the customer's selected reference, dial, strap and sizing, and are confirmed in writing before we commit to the order.
Because these pieces are prepared to your specification, they cannot be cancelled or returned once sourcing has begun, except where the piece is faulty.
Lead times quoted for special orders are estimates based on supplier availability at the time of ordering.
Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through insured courier services. Tracking details are shared once the parcel is collected.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed; courier delays, weather and public holidays can affect them.

Returns & Warranty
Unworn pieces in original condition may be returned within seven days of delivery, subject to the exclusions set out in our Refund Policy.
Every piece is backed by our in-house service guarantee against manufacturing and movement faults.
Damage from wear, water exposure beyond the stated rating, or third-party servicing voids that guarantee.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — photography, copy, the brand mark and the wordmark — belongs to Velmont Dials and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Velmont Dials is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the moment you place an order is the one that applies to it.
